1. Guarantee Of Product Quality And Consistency
Protecta- warrants Protecta-Products to be free of defects due to
manufacture or material. Should any customer be supplied any material
which fails to meet any of the written specifications for Protecta-Products,
Protecta- will replace any or all defective material at no cost
to the customer.
Protecta- must be notified within one year of shipment of material
claimed to be defective
2. Guarantee Of Product Application Performance
Protecta- warrants that Protecta-Products work as an effective barrier
against the harmful effects of weather, moisture, and some chemicals-
on a variety of materials-as represented in Protecta-'s "Blue Product
Brochure", for at least five years.
Provided the customer has followed the minimum recommended application
instructions which Protecta- supplies in writing with every shipment,
should the customer experience a product failure within five years
of application, Protecta- will refund to the customer the full cost
of any amount of product which has failed. The refunded cost will
be pro-rated for any time short of five years during which the product
failed in service. The Protecta-Product must have been applied within
one year of delivery by Protecta-.
3. Guaranteed Satisfaction For Trial Use
Up to ten gallons on the first order to a new customer will be "satisfaction
guaranteed". Should the customer, for any reason, be dissatisfied
with the performance of Protecta-Products, Protecta- will refund
the customer's money for up to ten gallons of Protecta-Products
on the initial order as long as Protecta- is advised by the customer,
in writing, within one year after date of shipment. This guarantee
requires the approval of the trial application by a Protecta- representative.
This warranty is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Total reimbursement to the customer for any provision of this warranty
will be limited to the customer's cost of Protecta-Coat and/or Protecta-Sealer
ordered from Protecta-, and paid for within terms of sale.
